The primary value is the median. Download and upload prefer higher values; ping and jitter prefer lower values. Stability prefers a lower coefficient of variation. Entities below test, active-day, grid, or confidence requirements are excluded.

No. It is a ranking based on eligible Toolora crowdsourced samples.

It may not meet the selected minimum tests, active days, grid diversity, period, or confidence.
Results come from tests submitted by Toolora users and may not represent an entire region or every customer.
